These terms govern your use of centralhublink.com. By using this site or sending us information through it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Central Hub Link LLC is a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, operating out of Norwood, Massachusetts. In these terms, "Central Hub Link," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Central Hub Link LLC. "You" refers to anyone using this site — including brands, distributors, and their representatives.

2. What this site is

This site describes our business as a retailer and provides a way for brands and distributors to reach us. It is informational.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell products, an offer to buy products, or a binding commitment to open a wholesale account. A purchase relationship between Central Hub Link and a supplier begins only when both sides agree to terms in writing — through a signed dealer agreement, an approved account application, or an accepted purchase order.

3. Retail purchases

We sell products to end customers through third-party retail channels and marketplaces, not through this website. There is no checkout here.

If you bought a product from Central Hub Link, your purchase is governed by the terms of the marketplace or platform where the order was placed, together with the return, warranty, and shipping terms shown on that listing. Those terms control the transaction. This page does not replace them.

4. Information you send us

When you submit a line sheet, price list, catalog, product data, policy document, or account application through this site or by email, the following applies.

You confirm you're allowed to send it. You represent that you have the authority to share the materials and to discuss wholesale terms for the brand or products they cover.

We use it to evaluate the opportunity. You grant us permission to review, store, and internally circulate what you send for the purpose of evaluating a potential account. If an account is opened, that permission extends to using brand-supplied product data, images, and copy to create and maintain accurate retail listings, subject to any written restrictions you give us.

Confidentiality. We treat supplier pricing and policy documents as confidential business information and do not publish them or share them outside our team and our fulfillment partners. If your organization requires a signed non-disclosure agreement before sending materials, tell us before you send anything and we'll execute one. Absent a signed agreement, no confidentiality obligation beyond what's stated here is created by submitting materials through this site.

Don't send sensitive personal data. Our forms and inbox are not the place for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or government ID numbers. Don't send them.

5. Accuracy of site content

We keep this site current, but we don't warrant that every statement on it is complete, error-free, or up to date at the moment you read it. Categories we carry, capabilities we describe, and response times we state can change. Nothing here should be relied on as a representation in a contract unless it's repeated in a written agreement between us.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, layout, graphics, and the Central Hub Link name and logo — is owned by Central Hub Link LLC and protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of us as a business partner. You may not republish, resell, or use our content or marks in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without our written permission.

Third-party brands. Product names, brand names, and trademarks that appear on this site or in our retail listings belong to their respective owners. Where we reference a brand, we do so to identify products accurately. Reference to a brand does not by itself indicate a partnership, authorization, or endorsement unless we state that relationship explicitly or the brand has confirmed it.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to: submit false or misleading information about a company or products you don't represent; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts; scrape, harvest, or automate collection of content or contact information; transmit malware; interfere with the site's operation; or use our contact channels for unsolicited commercial messages unrelated to wholesale supply.

We may decline correspondence, block access, or refuse to open an account for any lawful reason.

8. Third-party links and services

This site may link to third-party sites and is hosted and operated using third-party software and infrastructure. We don't control those parties and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Following a link means you're subject to that site's terms.

9. Disclaimers

This site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Hub Link disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

This disclaimer applies to the website. It does not limit any warranty or obligation we take on in a written supply agreement, purchase order, or retail listing.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Central Hub Link LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data, arising out of your use of this site — even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from this site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Central Hub Link LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of this site, your violation of these terms, or your submission of materials you weren't authorized to share.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from this site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision here is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement regarding your use of this site, and are superseded by any signed written agreement between us on the subjects that agreement covers.
