We buy, we don't borrow. All inventory is purchased outright on standard wholesale terms. Brands aren't carrying our risk.

We follow the policy as written. MAP agreements, channel restrictions, territory limits, and authorized-seller requirements are honored exactly as documented. If we can't operate within a brand's policy, we say so before the first order rather than after.

We keep records. Purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records are maintained and available for brand review on request. If a brand needs to verify our supply chain, we can substantiate it.

We source through authorized channels. All inventory is purchased from authorized distributors with invoices retained for every unit. Nothing enters our inventory through retail arbitrage, liquidation, or unverified sources.

We own the customer experience. Product questions, order issues, and returns are our responsibility, whether an order ships from our facility or through a fulfillment partner. Nobody upstream inherits a support load by selling to us.
