Pricing

discipline

We honor MAP and any documented pricing policy without exception. We do not undercut authorized pricing to win volume, and we do not treat MAP as negotiable.

Accurate representation

Product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications match brand-provided materials. We don't invent claims, alter approved imagery, or misrepresent what a product does.

Channel compliance

If a brand restricts certain channels, territories, or product lines, we operate within those limits. We confirm restrictions in writing before placing a first order.

Customer service ownership

Product questions, order problems, and returns are handled by us or by our fulfillment partners under our account. Either way, the customer doesn't get routed back to you.

Inventory

We track counts and reorder on real sell-through data, so we're not overselling or letting product sit unavailable.

Clean

We purchase from authorized distributors and maintain invoices for every unit. If a brand or platform asks us to substantiate sourcing, we can.

We buy wholesale from authorized distributors and sell at retail. Tell us what you make, how you price it, and what you need from a retail account. We reply within two business days.

We open accounts with brands, manufacturers, and authorized distributors only

2. What you sell

Our core categories are electronics, tools and home improvement, and home and kitchen. Outside those, we're still open to the conversation.

3. Pricing & channel policy

We honor MAP as written and confirm channel restrictions in writing before a first order. Tell us what we'd be agreeing to.

4. Terms of purchase

We buy outright on standard wholesale terms — no consignment, no inventory risk on your side.

5. What you need from us

Check everything your onboarding requires and we'll send it in one package. We have all of these ready.

6. Confirm & send

Two boxes, and we're done.
