Brands take a risk every time they authorize a new retail account. The two things most likely to go wrong are pricing erosion and inaccurate presentation. This page states our position on both so you don't have to guess.
We honor MAP as written. We do not:
If a brand identifies a pricing issue on any listing associated with us, we correct it immediately and confirm the correction in writing.
We use brand-supplied images, descriptions, and specifications. We do not alter approved imagery, write claims the brand hasn't made, or list products under categories or search terms that misrepresent them.
If a listing needs updating because packaging, formulation, or specifications changed, we want to hear from you and we'll make the change.
Every unit in our inventory comes from an authorized distributor, with an invoice on file. We do not source from retail clearance, liquidation channels, or unverified third parties.
This matters for two reasons: it protects brands from counterfeit and diverted product entering their channel, and it means we can substantiate our supply chain when a brand or platform asks.
If a brand restricts specific sales channels, geographic territories, or product lines, we operate inside those restrictions. We confirm them in writing before the first purchase order so there's no ambiguity later.
Customer inquiries and returns are handled under our account, following brand warranty and return terms. Some orders ship through third-party fulfillment partners; in those cases the service standard is still ours and the responsibility stays with us. Brands are not pulled into support conversations for orders we sold.
Mistakes happen in retail. Our commitment is that when a brand raises an issue — pricing, presentation, sourcing, or service — we respond within one business day and correct it rather than defend it.
